Shipping policy
Shipping and payment
We dispatch orders from our own warehouse in Poland. Shipping costs are shown before you place your order.
Cash on delivery: no online prepayment. Select COD shipping and then “Cash on Delivery” in the payment section. Pay for products and shipping to the courier on delivery.
Delivery options
- Prepaid delivery: 15 zł, free from 250 zł of products after discounts.
- Cash-on-delivery shipping: 25 zł for a product subtotal after discounts of up to 500 zł inclusive. COD shipping is never free.
- Available DHL, DPD and InPost options appear at checkout. Pickup points and parcel lockers depend on the options offered for the address.
Free-shipping thresholds apply to product value after discounts and prepaid orders.
Handling and transit time
For items in our warehouse, orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are prepared for dispatch that day (and must be paid by that time if prepayment is selected). For supplier items, preparation depends on the product and availability. Transit starts after dispatch; express delivery speeds up transit, not preparation. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day. Polish time (Europe/Warsaw) applies. Times are estimates.
Payment methods
Use the online payment methods or bank transfer available for your order at checkout. For bank transfers, handling starts after payment is received. Bank details and the payment currency are provided when completing your order.
