How to return an item

Notify us by email, WhatsApp or letter within 14 days of receiving the goods. Any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient. Include your order number or details that help us identify the purchase.

Send the goods back within a further 14 days after notifying us. You do not need our prior approval. Pack them securely and keep proof of dispatch.

Return costs and condition

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, including from Germany and France. You choose and pay the carrier. We do not charge a restocking fee.

You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Original packaging is helpful, but its absence alone does not exclude withdrawal. Please include all accessories and components.

When will I receive my refund?

We reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you agree to another method at no extra cost. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

When you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the original delivery cost up to the cheapest standard delivery option offered at purchase. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us and describe the problem. Your order number and photos, if available, will help us assist you. We will arrange collection or agree how to return the item. We cover necessary transport costs associated with goods not conforming to the contract. Claims do not require original packaging and are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination remain unaffected, subject to the conditions provided by law.

Optional withdrawal form

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of: [product / order number]. Received on: […]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […].” Add your signature if sending a paper notice. You do not have to use this form.

Withdrawal rights apply to consumers and other persons entitled to equivalent statutory protection. These terms do not limit mandatory rights in your country of residence.
