Returns and complaints

  • Returns within 14 days (withdrawal from the contract). Once we receive the return and verify the product, we will refund the payment using the same payment method.
  • Complaints: Please contact us at info@avanguardis.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault (photos/videos are welcome). We will recommend further steps: diagnosis, repair, replacement, or other solution in accordance with regulations.

  • Online payments are processed through certified payment processors (depending on the chosen method), with encryption and industry security standards (including PCI DSS).
