• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avanguardis.com , providing your order number and item details. Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@avanguardis.com. We will investigate the problem and, if possible, offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Simply return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and verify the return, we will inform you whether it has been approved. If so:

The refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
