Delivery and payment

Order fulfillment
We usually prepare orders for shipping within 1 business day . During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer – we will let you know if this occurs.

Delivery
You can always see available shipping methods and their costs in your shopping cart before finalizing your order. Once your package has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number.

Safe packaging
All our products are packaged to safely survive transport (additional security, padding, shock protection).

Payments
Accepted payment methods are visible in the shopping cart. Payment is processed through a secure payment provider.

Returns and withdrawal from the contract (14 days)

If you are a consumer , you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment – ​​without giving any reason.

How to make a return (3 steps):

  1. Write to us at info@avanguardis.com (provide your order number and information about the withdrawal).
  2. Send the product to the following address: Świętokrzyska 35/102, 00-049 Warsaw, Poland.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you using the same payment method.

In what condition should I return the product?
Please return the complete set (device + accessories + instructions) and properly secure the package for transport.
You can inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If it shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, your refund may be reduced by any depreciation.

Shipping cost
The cost of return shipping in the event of withdrawal from the contract is borne by the seller.

Complaints / warranty / guarantee

How to file a complaint:
Write to info@avanguardis.com and provide:

  • order number,
  • a brief description of the problem,
  • photos or a short video (if possible).

What's next?
We will respond with next steps (diagnostics, replacement, repair, or other solution). We process complaints in accordance with legal regulations and as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer's warranty
If the product has a manufacturer's warranty, you can use it - if necessary, we will suggest the simplest solution and what to prepare.
